What is this service?
The Southwark Wellbeing Hub is a free service, provided by the charity Together for Mental Wellbeing, which offers support to anyone with any concerns about their mental health or wellbeing.
The hub offers one-to-one support, peer support and wellbeing workshops. It can also signpost patients to local services and activities that might be of interest.
Criteria
- Resident of the borough of Southwark (or has a GP based in Southwark)
- Has concerns about their mental health or wellbeing

👤 Patients can self-refer by calling 020 3751 9684, emailing southwarkhub@together-uk.org, or visiting the hub on a Wednesday or Thursday.
Rejections, DNAs & other Quirks
- To refer a patient, you must send the referral form to the email address provided along with an existing risk assessment
- A patient may be rejected from this service if they have higher care and support needs than can be supported by the Hub. In this case, the Hub can refer a patient to Southwark Council’s Mental Health Contact Team who will decide the most appropriate way to provide support.
