What is this service?
The Stop Smoking Service, provided by Everyone Health Southwark, offers free advice, encouragement and support to people who want to stop smoking.
The service gives patients the opportunity to speak with stop smoking practitioners via phone, online or face-to-face to help them manage their cravings and create a plan to deal with withdrawal symptoms. If appropriate, practitioners can prescribe Nicotine Replacement Therapies.
Criteria
- Aged 18 and over
- Live in Southwark
- Registered with a GP in Southwark
