What is this service?
Live Well Greenwich supports patients to look after their health and wellbeing. Support offered includes:
- A free, confidential helpline for signposting and help to live well
- 1-on-1 support for a range of issues (for full list, see referral form)
- Community events and activities (e.g., health walks, gardening clubs, sexual health walk-in services)
- A community directory which includes the details of local programmes (e.g., Strong and Steady), and health advice and resources for adults and older people
- Community forums

- Live, work or are registered with a GP in Greenwich
