What is this service?
Lewisham Community Wellbeing Hub supports patients who are experiencing/have experienced mental health challenges. Support offered includes:
- Peer support
- Income maximisation support (1:1 and group)
1:1 and group support provided by volunteers with lived experience of mental distress
Support with applying for benefits and grant schemes, debt issues, and improving skills around money management
- 1:1 support
- Wellbeing workshops
Up to 10 weeks of personalised support with a specialist Mental Wellbeing Advisor
Group workshops focused on a range of areas (incl. neurodiversity, divorce, becoming a parent)

Criteria
- Aged 18 or over
- Live in Lewisham or registered with a Lewisham GP
- Has experienced/is experiencing mental health challenges, and wants to improve wellbeing
