What is this service?
PCMHT Lewisham provide care and treatment for patients with severe or complex mental health difficulties (including psychotic illnesses, mood and personality disorders). Medical, psychological, and/or social treatments and interventions can be provided.
Criteria
- Aged 18-65
- Registered with a GP practice in Lewisham
