What is this service?
Galop offers free emotional support to LGBTQ+ patients who have experienced/are experiencing any kind of abuse (e.g., domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime).
Galop supports patients by providing a space for them to speak freely with a trained LGBTQ+ person via their helpline or email, or by appointment. The service website also provides a chatbot which allows patients to access information and resources, without speaking to another person.

- Identify as LGBTQ+
- Experiencing abuse of any kind
