What is this service?
Occupational therapists work with CYP who have difficulties with functional activities at home or at nursery/school/college. This service’s aim is to help children and young people build skills for life.

Criteria
- Children and young people, aged 0-19
- In full time education
- Resident in Lewisham, or in full-time education in Lewisham, or GP is in Lewisham

Rejections, DNAs & other Quirks
- This service aims to see children and young people within 18 weeks of referral.
- For small, one-off queries and concerns, or if the child does not fulfil the criteria for referral, the child can attend a drop-in clinic. These take place face to face at Kaleidoscope with an occupational therapist. For more information please visit the webpage.
