What is this service?
The Lewisham Council Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) provides a secure, single point of access to services that provide advice, support and protection as needed, to help keep children safe in the borough of Lewisham. They respond to requests for advice and support regarding a child whose needs are not being met by services currently involved with the family, and protection concerns for children at risk of significant harm.

How to refer
🌐 Online → use the MASH request form (click ‘Request help or protection for a child’ button)
To seek advice and guidance about making a referral:

Rejections, DNAs & other quirks
- There is also information for families whose children have been referred to the MASH.
- They should let you know the outcome of your referral within 48 hours.
