Here are some examples that aren’t covered by Vitality:

How much does it cost?
We pay your direct monthly premium costs, and you benefit from the healthcare cover for as long as you’re working with us. However, due to the laws around benefit-in-kind (BIK), there will be an increase in your monthly tax and national insurance payments i.e. a reduction in your monthly take home salary. The amount will depend on your current tax bracket and income.
More information on BIKs can be found on the Gov.uk website.
If you do make a claim, there is usually an excess payable of up to £250. This means that there is usually an additional cost if you do need to use some of Vitality’s healthcare services. Unfortunately, we can’t cover this cost. However, please note that if you are in a higher Vitality band by gaining more Vitality points, this can reduce your excess!
