What is this service?

This is Lambeth Council’s Safeguarding Adults referral service for reporting adults at risk of abuse or neglect.

Rejections, DNAs & other Quirks

It can really help an enquiry if you are able to provide the following:

the details of the person that you believe is experiencing the abuse or neglect
details of the person or people that you believe are causing the harm
information about the abuse, neglect or physical harm
information about what action(s) have already been taken.

Escalation: If you’re not satisfied with the response from the relevant agency to a referral, you can escalate the issue. You must accurately document your concerns and reason for escalation.
