Non-prescribing AHP
- Clearly document the suggested treatment plan in the consultation notes
- Add the drug / amend if amending dosage etc. on the Medication tab
- Allocate the medication task to the duty doctor, with a clear note to review treatment plan and prescribe

For LMC and Nightingale → also add the medication request as a duty doctor task on the Oncall book, to ensure its dealt with on same day
