Creating a PCI account

1. Go to personalisedcareinstitute.org.uk and click on the New learner button in the top right corner

2. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
3. Enter your details as well as your profession & location and click Create my new account

NB. Make sure that you use your NHS email address!

4. You should now receive an email from noreply@personalisedcareinstitute.org.uk with a link to confirm your account. Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser.

If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder
5. Click Continue to log in to your account!

Navigating PCI

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be taken to the homepage, which looks like this ⬇️

From here, you can access:

• eLearning → a list of all available eLearning modules
• My courses → where you can see courses you’re already enrolled in
• Your Profile → find your user details and certificates that you’ve earned

Enrolling in a module

1. Click on eLearning on the homepage, or go to Dashboard → eLearning
2. Click on the module that you want to enrol in or learn more about. You can also search for a specific module.
3. Click the Enrol me button to access the module!

Downloading your certificates

1. Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the webpage, then click on Profile
2. Click on My certificates, under the Miscellaneous heading

3. Find the relevant module you want to download your certificate for
4. Click the download icon under the heading File to download a copy of your certificate!
