- Please remember to store the remote in Raif's desk drawer near the whiteboard by the restroom.
- If the TV acts up, unplug and re-plug it from the wall socket.
- Please turn on the TV using the remote. You can find the remote in the drawer under Raif's desk, next to the whiteboard by the restroom. Please ask your colleagues if you need help.
- Turn on the TV using the remote and ensure that the source is set to "Android TV Home". If the correct source is not selected, the TV may display a "No Signal" message. To change the source, please use the Source button on the remote. If the remote is not working, please replace the battery and try again.
- Press the Main Menu button and navigate to the browser, then launch it. You can also find the browser under the Apps.
- Navigate to the history to locate the direct link of the LB display group - https://bit.ly/SE12EL
- In case the wallboard looks funny when accessing it through the direct link or if you want to access other sites’ display groups. Please visit www.x-on.co.uk and login Log in with the following Surgery Connect credentials.
Username is surgery.connect@nhs.net
Password is Wallboard@2024
- If you are not automatically taken to the wallboard page, navigate to the “Wallboard” option. On the wallboard main page on the top right, click on the box and select the LB Display Group from the drop-down.
