- Please ensure the smart card is inserted and the correct EMIS organisation is selected.
- Open the EMIS Web and log in with your username and password.
- If you see this message in the yellow bar when you open EMIS, click the text
- When prompted with this pop-up, enter your smartcard passcode
- Click the ‘Associate’ button, and then remove your smartcard
- Close EMIS and wait for it to re-open itself - your smartcard is now synchronised!
