Important info
❗For multiple loose sheets, it is easier to use the feeder rather than the scanning glass
❗Please scan all letters individually as this will send them as separate emails
Step 1: Make sure the printer is ON and from the default home screen select the ‘Scan’ option.
Step 2: Use the LED screen to find your email address from the address book. You can sort it by the alphabet. If your name is not in the list, please click on "direct input" to write an email address.
Step 3: Place document in feeder or on the scanning glass
Step 4: Select the ‘Go’ button to start the scanning
Step 5: Once successfully scanned all scanned documents should appear on the ‘Admin’ folder of the sites Generic mail inbox.
