Please log in to your Surgery Connect account and go to the "User Console.”
If you see a list of surgery names, please select the "Penrose Health" account. You will not see this list of organisations if your account is linked to any Penrose Health sites.
Click on your initials to see the surgery groups you belong to. Under the “Group management” select the group you want to be an active member of to receive calls and unselect any groups for which you do not want to receive calls.
