Step 1 - Some colleagues have access to multiple EMIS sites. Before using the EMIS username reminder option, ensure you're on the correct EMIS Web Instance. The EMIS Organisation ID/CDB is visible on the EMIS login page. To change the EMIS organisation ID, click on 'Change Organisation' and enter the site's EMIS organisation ID/CDB number.
If you've forgotten your EMIS username, please use the "Username reminder" option on the EMIS login page.
Step 2 - Fill in the details and click "Next."
Step 3 - Click on 'Next' to receive the security code on your mobile number. You'll see the last four digits of the number linked to your EMIS account. If you no longer have access to this number, please contact the Penrose IT Team.
Step 4 - Please input the 8-digit security code you received and click “Next”.
Step 5 - Answer the security question and click "Next".
Step 6 - Your username will be displayed on the screen. If you recall your EMIS password, click on "Log On". If you need to reset your EMIS password, click on "Close" and reopen the EMIS login page.
