o use the EMIS Self-Service password reset feature, you must complete your security details on your EMIS account. If you have multiple EMIS accounts, do this for each one.
You'll need your EMIS security information and username to reset your EMIS password.
Step 1 - Some colleagues have access to multiple EMIS sites. Ensure you're on the correct EMIS Web Instance before trying to reset your password. You can find the EMIS Organisation ID/CDB on the EMIS login page. If you need to reset the password for a different EMIS organisation, click "Change Organisation" to open another surgery's EMIS account.
Step 2 - If you know your EMIS username and would like to reset your password, please choose the "Reset Password" option from the EMIS login page.
Step 3 - Type in your EMIS username and click "Next". If you can't remember your username, check the guide above for help.
Step 4 - Please click on "Next" to receive a security code on your mobile number. You will see the last four digits of the number linked to your EMIS account. If you no longer have access to this number, please contact the Penrose IT Team.
Step 5 - Fill in the required details and click on "Next".
Step 6 - You cannot use a password that you have used previously. Please create a new password and click on "Finish."
