Creating an Optum Learn account

1. Go to https://www.optumlearn.com/login/index.php and click on the Register button under Create new account to Optum Learn
2. Agree to the End User Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
3. Enter your details and organisation details and click Create my new account

NB. Make sure that you use your NHS email address!

4. You should now receive an email with a link to confirm your account — click the link or copy and paste it into your browser

Navigating Optum Learn

Once you’re logged in you’ll be taken to the homepage, which looks like this ⬇️

From here, you can access:

• Dashboard → where you can view your progress and courses you’re already enrolled in
• Learning Library → where you can find all Optum Learn modules and enrol in new modules

Enrolling in a module

1. Go to the Learning Library
2. Click on the module that you want to enrol in or learn more about
3. Click the Enrol me button to access the module!

Downloading your certificates

1. Open the relevant course from your Dashboard
2. Scroll to the bottom of the course to the section called Certificates and click on the relevant certificate name
3. Click View certificate and save to your computer
