How to Set-Up Your Account
If an account has already been made for you (you will be notified via email):
- Go to gettactic.com and click Login
- Enter your nhs.net email address and press continue
- The first time you log in, you need to click ‘Forgot password?’ to set the password for your account
If you are making your own account:
- Go to gettactic.com and click Login
- Enter your email address and click continue
- Click Sign up
- Set your password
- Enter the organisation’s join code: _J5mP-it92v2JNMe
Set-Up Your Profile
For regular staff at LB, set which days you’ll be in the office and which days you will work from home / be absent.
- In the top-right corner, click your name then My Profile
- Set your date format and timezone (GMT) here
- Scroll down to enter your working days and location. If you won’t be working that day, select ‘N/A’
- Press Save
Booking a Desk

Repeat bookings
Set repeat bookings for the days you will be in office.
- In map view, click Reserve on the desk you want
- Select a custom repeat schedule
- Set the days you want the booking to repeat and how far into the future you want the repeat booking to go. Also set the booking to repeat every week/month depending on your schedule
For Visitors
If you’re a staff member who is visiting the London Bridge office only once or very irregularly, contact grace.mark@nhs.net to book a desk for you.
For Admins
Admins can book multiple desks for guests, cancel or edit bookings for their team members, and edit workspaces on the website.
