Catch-Up Programmes
The South London Children and Young People’s Community Immunisation Service (CYPCIS) delivers all school-age immunisations across the following boroughs:
Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Kingston, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Richmond, Southwark, Sutton, and Wandsworth
See the complete routine immunisation schedule here.
MMR
All children and young people should be up to date with their childhood vaccination schedule.
Due to the rise in measles cases in the UK, we are proactively contacting parents whose children are not up to date with MMR vaccinations. The MMR vaccine is the most effective protection against measles, mumps, and rubella.
Secondary school vaccinations
Students in secondary schools are routinely offered three key vaccinations, alongside their annual flu vaccine:
- Year 8 (12 - 13 years)
- HPV Vaccine
- Year 9 (14 years)
- 3-in-1 Teenage Booster
- MenACWY
