New jobs are usually posted on Teams, in the ‘Recruitment’ channel of the Penrose Health team. You can also go to our website at https://www.penrosehealth.co.uk/careers to see all of our current job openings.
There are two ways that our referral program works:
👯 Refer someone you know for a job
This is the traditional referral system where you know someone you think is suitable for a role. They’ll still participate in the full recruitment process, but its always good to know someone internally can also vouch for them.
We’ll give you 💵 £200 💵 for any candidate you refer who is then hired!
📢 Post an ad for us on social media
This is a different referral system that is about getting the word out to more, relevant candidates by posting in relevant Facebook groups or to your networks on LinkedIn etc.
You won’t necessarily know these candidates, and you’re not vouching for them per se, but you’re helping us to make hires by leveraging your networks and forums.
We’ll give you 💵 £10 💵 per advert posted + 💵 £100 💵 for hires made via your ad!
- Ask our HR Administrator for a link for each post you’re planning to make (we use unique URLs for each one so we know where candidates are coming from).
- Send screenshots of each ad posted to our HR Administrator once completed so we know that you’ve done it and can get you paid!
N.B. We require that candidates pass their probationary period for any award to be claimed. If payment is made prior to the candidate passing probation then we reserve the right to retract the reward and deduct from your payslip should the candidate subsequently fail to pass probation. All adverts must be posted for > 7 days with adequate proof supplied before payment is made.
