The performance review process

Although we don’t have a formal review process yet, you should have dedicated time with your Line Manager on a roughly yearly basis to discuss your progress, goals, and any needs that you want to address in the upcoming year. You should also have regular contact with your Line Manager throughout the year to talk about your progress on your goals.
Once we have our full process for annual performance reviews up and running, we’ll likely use BambooHR to organise and record these reviews.
Note: If your Line Manager hasn’t had a catch-up like this with you recently, and you’d like to have a review with them, don’t be afraid to ask them
